Dundee’s weekly Fitness Session is held every Monday at the Good Health and Fitness Gym with our Personal Trainer Nicole. All the exercises are adapted to suit your individual needs and can be done sitting or standing. So whether you want to improve your fitness, build your strength or simply tone things up a little, come along and have a chat with Nicole about your fitness goals.
