Our Dundee Yoga Sessions are held weekly at Yoga-on-Tay, Newport every Thursday with Morgan our Yoga Instructor.
Amputees at any stage of the recovery process are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required.
– Awake, strengthen & stretch the gluteus and core muscles.
– Improve the flexibility of the hips – needed for correct walking.
– Exercises aimed at regaining balance and posture alignment.
– Reconnect with your body, quieten your mind, deal with pain and find ease in your breathing.
