Glasgow Pilates Sessions

Our weekly Pilates sessions with Mishan give our Troopers a chance to come along and either try it for the first time or perhaps get back into it.  Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.  Our Pilates Session is held between 1.30 and 2.45 pm every Thursday at the FYF Office, but please note there are only 12 spaces available so please register as soon as possible.

As with all our physical clubs, please speak to your GP or WestMARC physio before attending and also if you are Diabetic it is important you have something small to eat before attending.
