FYF-ISH

Raising for money for us means that you’re directly helping amputees across the country. A big part of our mission as a charity is to help people understand the perseverance and adaptability that people who have lost limbs must show everyday. If you want to challenge yourself while having a small taste of life as an amputee, have a look at these examples below…

  • Perform daily tasks without the use of your hands
  • Go a distance on stilts
  • Use a wheelchair or crutches for a period of time

PERSONAL FUNDRAISERS

Limb loss can affect all ages and backgrounds, and can be caused by a number of conditions or traumas. If our charity is close to your heart through personal experience, friends or family, an easy way to help is starting a fundraising page and setting a target. That’s it – no fancy challenges or big events, just a request for donations towards a cause that you know is worth it. It’s common for these fundraisers to be held for…

  • Birthday
  • Wedding Anniversay
  • In memory of a loved one

  • Live music night
  • Fashion show
