The beauty of this fundraiser is you can pick exactly what you want to do… maybe something you’ve always wanted to try?! You can hype up your supporters by keeping them up to date with your preparation and then wow them on the day with a live stream! Let’s face it, these are absolutely hilarious – and funny means money! We’re certain you’ll smash your fundraising target if you go this route. For example…

  • Dance-a-thon
  • Sing-a-thon

Raising for money for us means that you’re directly helping amputees across the country. A big part of our mission as a charity is to help people understand the perseverance and adaptability that people who have lost limbs must show everyday. If you want to challenge yourself while having a small taste of life as an amputee, have a look at these examples below…

  • Perform daily tasks without the use of your hands
  • Go a distance on stilts
  • Use a wheelchair or crutches for a period of time

Limb loss can affect all ages and backgrounds, and can be caused by a number of conditions or traumas. If our charity is close to your heart through personal experience, friends or family, an easy way to help is starting a fundraising page and setting a target. That’s it – no fancy challenges or big events, just a request for donations towards a cause that you know is worth it. It’s common for these fundraisers to be held for…

  • Birthday
  • Wedding Anniversay
  • In memory of a loved one

Back to basics! There are events and ideas for fundraising that have stood the test of time, and they will continue to do so. • Bake Sale
  • Live music night
  • Fashion show
  • Dress down/up/fancy!  Pay a small fee to take part and a bigger one not to!
