Speak to your GP or call 111 if it’s out of hours, you may be able to speak to a nurse, or mental health nurse, over the phone. A GP can advise you about helpful treatments and also help you access mental health services. You may be able to refer yourself to some services.
If you need to speak to someone at anytime Samaritans are available 365 days a year. They also have a great app you can use to keep track of how you’re feeling and get recommendations for things you can do to help yourself cope, feel better and stay safe in a crisis.
Call 116 123 to talk to Samaritans, or email: jo@samaritans.org for a reply within 24 hours
