In June 2013 Cor nearly lost her life after suffering acute pneumonia and sepsis. Surgeons were forced to amputate both her hands and her feet below the knee. But Cor has not let that stop her, after fighting her way back to health she went on to start up the amazing charity, Finding Your Feet so she could support families affected by amputation or limb difference and show them there is life after limbloss. She wants them to be the best they can be. She has also went on to break 4 world records, has countless awards and so many achievements the list is too long. And amazingly, she has now finally had her double hand transplant after waiting more than 5 years.
