A red cord tied up in a disabled toilet to stop it reaching the floor may look convenient, but what it means for someone with a disability is that a call for help in a potentially life threatening emergency is just slightly out of reach. Untie the cord or tell a member of staff if you find this to be the case. Spread the word.
