What is the 5x50 Challenge?
The 5x50 Challenge is a fun, supportive platform to get the inactive, active and the fit even fitter by committing to daily activity for 50 days.
A commitment from you to doing something active for 50 days.
Anywhere you like from outside to a gym class. From a swimming pool to your living room (but watching the TV doesn’t count unless you are dancing behind the ironing board).
Anyone from the youngest in the family to Gran/Grandad. Your sports team, work colleagues, school pals. Anyone whose arm you can twist to join in and get active.
They run 5 challenges in the year which each last for 50 consecutive days with 3 to go
- 5th May 2017 to 24th June 2017
- 5th August 2017 to 24th September 2017
- 5th October 2017 to 23rd November 2017

What 5x50 offers...
Challengers are supported via the 5x50 website and social media channels to complete their daily activities either individually or in groups. The online community will allow users to register for events, link with other challengers, receive training advice, be encouraged and supported by 5x50's network of Fivers and importantly, motivate one another to keep going over the 50 days.
