And if you consider yourself to have good well-being, it doesn’t mean that you aren’t affected by life experiences or will constantly feel happy – but you’ll usually have the resilience to manage your emotions better when you hit a bump in the road. Emotions come and go and well-being is about developing the daily practice to keep you comfortable, healthy or happy… and sometimes we all need a helping hand to get back on track when our well-being might not be as good as it could.
