BANGER RALLY

CHALLENGE

• 3000+ MILES  • 10 COUNTRIES  • 12 DAYS  • 4 CARS
• 2 AMPUTEES  • 1 EPIC CHALLENGE

– THE STORY

SHE BUILT IT BECAUSE IT
WASN’T THERE

In 2013, Dr Cor Hutton MBE was given a 5% chance of survival after a simple cough developed into sepsis. Against all odds, she survived. Both her hands and her legs were amputated.

When she came through it, she looked for someone who truly understood. She couldn’t find them. So she built Finding Your Feet – now Scotland’s only nationwide charity supporting amputees, those born without limbs, and their families.

Why a driving challenge?

Cor has summited Kilimanjaro and Ben Nevis. She’s trekked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Right now her legs won’t allow that kind of challenge. So she found a different kind. One where she can rest her legs, push herself, and raise vital funds all at the same time. Only Cor would call driving 3,000 miles across ten countries “resting her legs.”
