Our wee Cavapoo, Archie (or Archibald on occasion!) is 2 years old and was one of the many lockdown puppies. We got the opportunity to meet Archie soon after we achieved āempty nextā status with the kids away at uni. So just in case we wanted to have a nice quiet home, Archie came along to return the house to chaos. He hates mornings, driving, rain, and getting into the car. He loves his ball, getting up to mischief, and most importantly, getting out of the car.

This is Panda, our 4 year old rescue cat. When we were getting her spayed, I noticed how much cheaper castration was and thought it a bit unfair. Not only has her own health improved greatly but she was rehomed with her son Pepi. They have such a special bond and are never far from each other.
Hi I am Winnie, a 2yr old Golden Retriever who still acts like Iām 6 months old. My favourite activities include rolling in mud until I can be confused for a black lab, chasing seagulls until Iām in a different continent and pretending to forget my name when my mum is calling on me. However, I get away with that cause Iām so dang cute x
This is Oreo, he was born on the 27th April 2020, our wee Lockdown Kitten who brought so much love and happiness into our family with his arrival. Oreo loves playing with the football in the garden with the kids, he is more like a puppy than a cat! He loves cuddles and sleeping in someoneās bed if he gets given half a chance!
Meet Bramble, she is a 10 year old Springer Spaniel who loves getting muddy, swimming in rivers and snuggling in next to you on the sofa (in that order). Bramble is her ownerās shadow, and enjoys bringing her a selection of squeaky toys when she is on zoom meetings. This picture shows the joy of ālunchtimeā with Bruno the Bear
The cat is Sixpence, she is 19 years of age and a wee rescue cat. At the age of 4 weeks I rescued her from the woman who had her as the son was using her as a football I rushed her to the vet and she had a broken skull and ribs and her wee body was black and blue. Then at the age of about a year she got knocked down and brock her pelvic bone. She is a wee miracle cat. The wee budgie is Bonnie who I got a couple of weeks ago as my cat Sixpence gained her wings and went over the rainbow.
This is Dixie aka Dixie Pops aka John. She was a 9 year old lilac Chihuahua who was full of character and mischief. She was born with a defect that resulting in her tongue sticking out all the time, exactly like the picture. She had problems with her heart with resulting in her passing away on the 20th of January this year. She was the light of our lives and a huge part of the family, especially for my mum. They were inseparable. My sister & I would love your votes so we can gift a portrait of Dixie to our mum, Dixieās best friend. Hope Dixie has brought some warmth into your life today like she has to so many of us over the years.
My name is Jumble I am 9 years old but I still look & act like a pup. I may look like an angel of course I am but I am still full of mischief. I once very gentle stole a sausage from a hot dog bun in Disneyland Paris without anyone noticing the guy is probably still wondering what happened to his hot dog that day. (In my defence it was eye level to me) I am full of love, smiles & cuddles my favourite thing is cheese and going on many adventures with my family. Meet BraM & Billy - couple of my boys keeping me on my foot. They are both Sprokers, BraM the chocolate one is 8 years old and Billy the black and white one is 2 years old. BraM got his name from his mother and father. They where Breeze and Sam so we took the first two letters from Breeze and the last two from Sam. Hence we got BraM. Billy is named after my father in law who passed away on 19th December 2020. We picked Billy up the very next day so only seemed right to name him after my father in law. They both love running and are keen members of Cani-fit. (Canicross is the sport). They keep my wife Elaine and themselves fit doing this. BraM also does bikejor. Mountain bikes on trails. He particularly likes that. They get a walk in the morning from myself which keeps me active then Elaine at night which keeps them fit.
Meet Archibald Purrwell (or Archie for short) and he will be five years old in August (DOB 26/08/2018). He joined our family with his sister Miss Ripley Purrwell in November 2018, just in time to settle in before the festive season. Needless to say, Archie's attempts to climb the Christmas tree, unwrap the gifts beneath and steal the hanging baubles created much amusement! His antics continue to bring us joy, he is mischievous, playful yet gentle and affectionate in equal measure. Archie has a specific charm and he knows exactly how to use it, he is an expert at playing coy especially when he's found somewhere he knows he shouldn't be! Hence my choice of photograph, it captures his reaction at the exact moment he was caught climbing.
Lexi is the white & red and Murphy is the red.Ā Lexi is a British bulldog, 10 yrs old and came over here from Hungary for a Scottish Champaign breeder. It took us over a year to build her confidence as she was frightened of life. We seen she was more confident around dogs so we went on the hunt for Murphy the French bulldog. Murphy is 8 yrs old and such a sweet wee boy. From when we got him at 12 weeks old he fell in love with Lexi. After a few weeks he became very ill and very nearly died. The breeder was also from Hungary and had brought a mixed litter over to make money and hadn't vaccinated them properly. Murphy and another pup in Aberdeen were the only 2 who survived from a litter of 7 pups. It was heartbreaking but we feel we saved Murphyās life and he helped grow Lexi into the confident little girl she is today.Ā
George is a 3yo Chihuahua x Bichon frise, there is nothing chihuahua about George as he is literally a walking version of a footstool, however extremely affectionate and cute. Norman, my heart dog! He is a 1.5yr old longhaired miniature dachshund and he is the naughtiest but extremely clever and cute little man! He sleeps in bed with his head on the pillow under the covers just like the king he is. Tilly and topper are 3yo miniature poodles and are brother and sister. Once they get to know you they are extremely sooky and make themselves super comfy on your lap. Then we have the queen Poppy, she is a miniature Australian labradoodle and will be 8this year. She watches TV and remembers adverts with dogs in them, so the next time it comes on sheās already barking at the Tv! She loves sleeping and is incredibly lazy, will snore away all day, but they make a great pack and all love going big walks together.
Wilbur and Victor are kune kune piglets. They are 3 months old and have been with us since they were 6weeks old. They are like little puppies only extremely noisy. When they are excited to see you, they wag their tails, squeal and twitch their ears and love to follow you about the yard. Their best friend is an Alsatian and they run around and play with him. They love to eat treats, Victors favourite is Bell peppers and Wilburs favourite is sweet potato, but they literally would eat anything.
Roo the cutest most in your face pony who is now 5yrs old was originally bought as a companion for my old horse and after selling him we had to ironically buy a companion for my companion and thatās where archie comes in, he is 3 and very much babyāish as he didnāt have much interaction with humans in his previous home, however coming out his shell and proving to be quite the menace. Kiaora was the first pony I ever owned, I asked my dad for money to go to braehead and somehow managed to come home with this cute thing. And last but far from least, my absolute heart Horse, Pogo! Pogo is an ex race horse, he ran but didnāt often get placed. However he is perfect for me and takes care of me with whatever I ask of him.
