I am a Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist. As part of my applied doctorate research study to become an accredited Sport and Exercise Psychologist, I am looking to interview individuals with acquired disabilities that have been discharged from rehabilitation within the last 9 months regarding the facilitators and barriers of engaging in physical activity.
The findings of the study will contribute to creating an inclusive based physical activity program for individuals with acquired disabilities to bridge the gap between discharge from rehabilitation and engaging in physical activity.
