I am currently an interior design student and I am designing a small play space for an amputee. I was wondering if you could help me understand the challenges kids face on a day to day basis, and how playing has a role in this? Any information would be very much appreciated as I would love to create a space that makes it much easier for them to relax and just play.
I am also looking into swimming, and would love to know the benefits of swimming and what could be improved in swimming baths to make it more accessible for amputees?
