Art Sale

If you’re an art lover, or just looking for a thoughtful gift for a loved one while supporting amputees – you’re in the right place.

Have a wee look through each section below to see all the artists that have kindly donated their work to support our amputee community.

Once you find something you fancy,  please leave us a note of the item you’re interested in on our form below.

As always with art, the pictures don’t do these pieces justice to how beautiful they all are.

*Please note: all art will need to be picked up from our Paisley office at an arranged time, either by yourself, or a courier if you prefer (we ask that you arrange this yourself). Please get in touch with [email protected] if you have any questions.

Now onto the exciting stuff…

David Lauder’s bio

David is a Trooper (FYF amputee) who has been through a series of amputations resulting in the loss of both his legs. He struggled with his mental health and was losing the will to live, but through his passion for creating wonderful diamond art, he found his purpose again. David says, “without these, I’d be dead”.

He spends 300+ hours on every piece he makes, carefully placing each individual ‘diamond’ and creating these beautiful results. You can really sense the patience and skill that has gone into his art and we couldn’t be more proud of how he has used his passion to stay positive. The pictures don’t truly show how immensely detailed these pieces are with the thousands of carefully and precisely placed diamonds.

Please note that all of David’s pieces are framed and ready to hang.

A little bio from Sibylle:

“I was born in Germany but have lived in the UK most of my adult life as a teacher in a Sixth Form College.  It was not until my retirement that I was able to take my love of art seriously.  Having travelled extensively throughout my adult life I have always painted in watercolour and sketched as I travelled.  Retirement has allowed me to take painting to the next level and to explore its different mediums and experiment in its various styles while undertaking tuition from UK, Switzerland, California and New Zealand.

I have exhibited and sold in Switzerland, Wales and England, but I feel privileged to be able to bring my art to Scotland for the first time to support Finding Your Feet.”

Sibylle’s pieces are all oil paintings which adds extra depth to her art, and unless stated, are unframed canvases (ready to hang or put into your own additional frame).
