Calling mums with lower limb absence
“Lived experiences of mothers with a lower-limb prosthesis while raising young children: A qualitative study”
This study seeks to understand the experiences of mothers with lower limb absence who use prosthetics in their daily lives while caring for children. Your insights may help improve support for future mothers with limb loss and the support professionals may be able to provide to future mothers.
You can take part, if you:
- use a lower-limb prosthesis/prostheses have lower limb absence (congenital or acquired)
- have at least one child aged 6 weeks-5 years
- are 18+ and able to take part in a 45-60 min online interview
