Christmas Fundraising

Finding Your Feet supports amputees across Scotland who have lost limbs through cancer, diabetes, sepsis, accidents and more. Our clubs, counselling and community are often the only place people can meet others who truly understand what life after limb loss feels like. Christmas is a joyful time for many, but it’s also one of the hardest times of year for the people we support. Funding slows down, loneliness rises and demand for our help grows. We work twice as hard to keep people connected, confident and supported. This year’s Christmas campaign is called The Real Gift. Because the best gifts don’t come wrapped. They come as confidence, friendship and the relief of knowing you’re not alone. If you can give this Christmas, you’ll be helping us continue our work all over Scotland. You won’t just be donating. You’ll be giving the real gift of connection.

“It was not just that life goes on after an amputation. It was that life can be good. Really good.”

Alternative Gift Giving

Are you considering what to get your loved ones for Christmas? Why not get them the best gift of all – sharing kindness and support. Our Alternative Gift Giving ranges from ÂŁ5 – ÂŁ40 and helps us pay for amputees to come along to meet ups which reduce isolation, getting to our gym sessions which encourage positive physical wellbeing, and more.

Host A Festive Jumper Day

We’re looking for companies to get involved in our Festive Jumper Day and bring some cheer to the office while raising cash for amputees. If that sounds like fun to you, please get in touch with [email protected] for a little bit more info.

And with that, our list is over. Do you have any money left for presents?? On a serious note, thank you so much for even considering supporting us this Christmas. We promise we’ll keep changing the lives of amputees and championing their voices.
