We are delighted to announce the first of our clubs to launch in Dundee. Â Finding Your Feet Yoga, in association with Yoga on Tay.
Amputees at any stage of the recovery process are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required.
- Awake, strengthen & stretch the gluteus and core muscles.
- Improve flexibility of the hips – needed for correct walking.
- Exercises aimed at regaining balance and posture alignment.
- Reconnect with your body, quieten your mind, deal with pain and find ease in your breathing.
