We are delighted to announce the first of our clubs to launch in Dundee. Finding Your Feet Yoga, in association with Yoga on Tay.
Amputees at any stage of the recovery process are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required.
- Awake, strengthen & stretch the gluteus and core muscles.
- Improve flexibility of the hips – needed for correct walking.
- Exercises aimed at regaining balance and posture alignment.
- Reconnect with your body, quieten your mind, deal with pain and find ease in your breathing.
